Rigging and animating characters for the RTS/MoBA style game Echo Star. Each unit required 2 rigs one for the standard unit and one for the player controlled "Hero" unit. Units ranged from vehicles and mechs, to bipeds, to dinosaurs, to spaceships.
Two units, the "Armadillo" and the "Tarantula", rigged and animated in Maya. Final animation imported into, and FX created in, Unreal Engine 4.
Using MEL script to develop tools to speed up rigging and animation processes. Automating tasks that need to be repeated many times over a number of rigs.
